To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content that strengthens ACIDM’s brand identity, enhances learner engagement, and supports the institute’s marketing, academic, and corporate communication initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Branding

Develop visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Design promotional material for ACIDM courses, events, academic collaborations, and CSR projects.

Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Create infographics, layouts, posters, brochures, certificates, and presentation templates.
Video & Motion Graphics
-
Design short-form video content and motion graphics for promotional and educational campaigns.

Edit testimonials, event highlights, and academic content videos.
Social Media & Digital Support

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design high-performing visuals optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Prepare creative assets needed for paid ads, organic posts, landing pages, and newsletters.
Academic & Corporate Support

Create visual materials for course modules, e-learning content, and student communication.

Support design requirements for MoU ceremonies, academic partnerships, and internal branding.
Project Coordination

Work closely with the marketing, academic, and management teams to understand design requirements.

Deliver projects within deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Present creative concepts and provide design recommendations.
Job Specification
1. Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Professional training in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an added advantage.

Certifications in Digital Marketing (optional but beneficial).
